OUR MISSION
OUR MISSION
“We exist to make Champions on the Hill by improving education and driving awareness surrounding Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities for student-athletes.”
OUR VALUES
-
FIGHT FAST.
On July 1, 2021, the NCAA adopted an interim NIL policy in response to the bombshell NCAA vs. Alston Supreme Court decision. Justice Brett Kavanaugh famously said “The NCAA is not above the law.” The easiest way to summarize the first three years of NIL is simple: constant change.
The Hill Collective aims to track and react to the ever-changing NIL landscape.
-
BUY LOCAL.
Name, Image, and Likeness has been almost entirely limited to Division I athletes thus far. Massive media contracts, devout social media followers, and prestigious alumni pools have driven significant income opportunities for many athletes.
This is not relevant at Division III colleges and universities. As a result, The Hill Collective emphasizes the importance of deep, genuine community relationships with local businesses in the city of Northfield.
-
1874.
For 150 years The Hill has fostered athletic excellence. We believe that this is just the beginning. With a rigorous liberal arts education, nationally recognized campus and facilities, and recent National Championship success; recruiting athletic talent to The Hill has never been more possible.
The Hill Collective captures and engages the vast network of alumni to drive support for prospective and current student athletes.
